ORDER LEAD TIME In stock items will ship within 1-3 business days after purchase. Made to order and out of stock items will ship within 4-6 weeks unless otherwise specified. We will email you tracking information when your order has been sent! If your order is a rush, please email orders@materialgoodny.com and we will do our absolute best to prioritize your order. PAYMENTS For all domestic orders being placed, please note that your billing and shipping must match in order to process your order. For any international orders being placed, a bank wire transfer is the required form of payment. Once your order is placed you will receive an email with the appropriate wire instructions to complete and confirm your order. CANCELLATIONS Material Good will offer you a grace period of 48 hours to honor any web order cancellation, including made to order pieces. After this time your order will be processed, and all bespoke pieces are final sale. DOMESTIC SHIPPING To ensure the best experience possible, all domestic shipping fees are complementary. All shipments are sent via overnight delivery. Signature is required upon delivery. Please note your billing and shipping address must match. Material Good is not liable for lost shipments when tracking dictates it has been delivered. Material Good is not responsible for the delayed delivery of packages due to the customer not being available for signature upon arrival, or due to any unforeseen weather or technical issue within the shipping company. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING For all International shipments, there is a $200 charge that will be added at checkout. Prices are shown in US Dollars and we charge your account in US dollars. The bank that has issued your credit card will determine the exchange rate. All import duties, VAT, taxes, tariff, handling fees, custom charges, brokerage fees, etc., which may be due at the time of delivery are the sole responsibility of the receiving party. We do not collect this beforehand and cannot provide you with an estimate of the cost, because it varies widely around the world. Packing slips for International Shipments cannot be marked as a “gift” or with altered prices. We encourage you to speak with your customs office, although we will ship any products you order to the address you provide. The responsibility is yours to check with your country’s customs office, although we will ship any products you order to the address you provide. International orders may require additional time for arrival and additional processing time prior to shipment as we may need to consolidate items to one location for shipment. If for whatever reason the package is seized by customs officials, we will not issue a refund unless all products are returned to us in their original condition. Most orders make it through customs without any problem, and most orders that are stopped are automatically returned to us. You may be responsible for any return shipping charges in accordance with your local regulations. Easily damaged items cannot be shipped internationally. Some brands may not be shipped to certain destinations due to manufacturer restrictions. If you are visiting the US, we can ship to your hotel. By ordering from our website, you are stating that you agree to this policy. We rarely have problems with international shipments, but if there is a problem with your order, we will work hard to find a solution as quickly as possible. RETURNS & EXCHANGES At Material Good we pride ourselves on customer service and satisfaction. Please read our return policy carefully. All returns and exchanges sitewide are subject to a restocking fee of 5% of the original item price. This will be applied to the original form of payment used. Fine Jewelry & Custom Orders Returns are eligible to be made within 7 business days after delivery for either a full refund or store credit. You must contact orders@materialgoodny.com within the allotted time period or your return will not be accepted. In order for your return or exchange to be eligible, the item must be completely unused and unworn in its original packaging. Material Good reserves the right to refuse any return if the items appear to be damaged or show signs of wear. All custom engagement rings, wedding bands, and pre-ordered ring size purchases are final sale and non-returnable. Timepieces All new Audemars Piguet timepieces are final sale and non-refundable. All pre-owned and vintage timepieces are eligible for return within 7 business days after delivery. You must contact orders@materialgoodny.com within the allotted time period or your return will not be accepted. In order for your return to be accepted, the timepiece must be completely unworn and in its original packaging. Material Good reserves the right to refuse any return if the timepieces appears to be damaged or show signs of wear. All custom and special orders for pre-owned timepieces are final sale and non-returnable. Leather Goods All leather goods are are final sale and non-returnable. PRE-OWNED & VINTAGE WATCH WARRANTY Material Good offers a one year warranty on all pre-owned and vintage timepieces. The warranty covers ONLY mechanical and movement defects and does not include any damage caused to the outside of the watch (dial, bezel, case, bracelet, lugs, straps, buckle, clasp, or any additional parts). Any damage caused to the movement of the timepiece as a result of misuse, abuse, impact, or neglect (as determined solely by Material Good) will not be covered under your one year warranty. In the event that, as of the date of purchase, your pre-owned timepiece is still covered under the original manufacturer's warranty (accompanied by original papers), the original warranty will serve in place of the Material Good one year warranty until it expires. If the original manufacturer's warranty expires less than one year from the date of purchase, Material Good will offer a supplemental warranty from the date of expiration of the manufacturer's warranty up to one year from the date of purchase. |
